This course covers the subjects required by the State of New York, Department of
State, Division of Licensing Services.
The salesperson’s course is a prerequisite, required by the Department
of State for all those pursuing a career as a licensed real estate sales
associate.
The 30 hour course includes - classroom lectures and interaction
between the students and a DOS Certified Instructor.

Arkansas, Connecticut, Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania
and West Virginia with whom New York reciprocates license recognition.
