RICHARD D. FUCHS

Richard moved to Suffolk County in 1968 and entered the Real Estate profession in 1971.  Six months later, he was promoted to the position of training director at Venture Real Estate.  In 1973, he earned his Broker's License.

After four years in both residential and commercial brokerage, Richard took a Regional Staff position in training and marketing, with a major Real Estate Franchise. Then, during the eighties, Mr. Fuchs spent most of his professional career in Mortgage Brokerage while teaching with all the Licensing schools on Long Island.

With the advent of the Disclosure Law in 1992, Richard Fuchs established one of the first Buyer Broker offices in New York State.  Then, in 1998, Richard purchased one of the Real Estate Schools, re-named it LISORE, INC., and has now completed 10 years as the Director of the most innovative licensing school in New York State.

While still remaining active as one of the teachers at LISORE, Richard Fuchs spends  much of his time meeting with many of the Brokers on Long Island as a long-time friend, advisor, or consultant.
