This Is a "Hands-On" course that prior students have 
called the "Grand Daddy" of all Title Closing courses. 
It was the first full credit 22 1/2 hours course 
approved by the Department of State. 
 
Topics to be included are: 
The theory of Title, all forms required for a Title 
Closing, how to properly research and fill out these 
forms, and common pitfalls of the Title Closer.
On the final day of the course, all students
participate in mock closings as a graduation exercise.

This Course is taught by Andrea Madison, 
an active Title Closer.
