This 3-part, 22 1/2 hour course gives you an opportunity
New York Department of State requires all people who wish
to teach Real Estate get a teaching license.  There is a 
points system that gives points for years of being an agent,
other teaching experience, college, and courses taken.

One half of all points required can be obtained by taking a
Techniques of Organization course. The course includes:
Public Teaching Techniques
Designing a curriculum for a course
NYS requirements to submit a course
Power point design and other teaching aides.
Actual student teaching
Active Listening techniques
Dealing with problem students.
