45-hour Brokers Class
According to new DOS Regulations, Salespersons who originally completed the 45-hour salesperson's course must complete a 30-hour supplemental course and the standard 45 hour brokers course to be come a broker.
Other Requirements-
2 years experience as Real Estate Salesperson and 3500 experience points or
3 years experience in Real Estate and 5250 experience points or
Combined experience of 5250 points
Experience points are points earned by performing Real Estate related tasks, Listings, Sales, Rentals and even Commercial Mortgages can count toward experience. See the Broker Application for a complete list.
AGE- Must be at least 20 years old
Citizenship - Must be a US Citizen or a naturalized citizen.
